Are the classes safe?
The instructor ensures that technique and quality of moves are
closely monitored throughout the class to ensure that students are free from
exercise injury. Students are encouraged to keep hydrated during the
class. The instructor is trained in anatomy, physiology of exercise, the
prevention and care of exercise injuries and general conditioning. The
instructor holds First
Aid and CPR Certificates.
Who can attend these classes?
The programmes cater to all ages and fitness levels, i.e.,
adults, youths, beginners, intermediate to experienced exercisers are all
welcome.

Discounts for seniors, family and students are available.
What do I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing, i.e., shorts, track pants; t-shirt,
etc.; joggers and socks. Bring a towel/mat for floor exercises and water
for drinking to all classes. Optional hand-weights (1-3kg) are an
advantage.
How do I enroll or get more information?
New students should contact us by either e-mailing Classes@FitnessNow.com.au
or by calling Coralie at 9521.1480 or Irene at 9150.5678 to book a space
in class and get further information.
What does the class consist of?
Each one-hour class is a total body workout. We promote
student confidence and success. We develop quality programmes and bring to
each class inspiration and enthusiasm for an enjoyable workout for each
participant to have a better feeling for life and a healthy heart.
Students are encouraged to develop self-expression and style.
Will I lose weight?
You will burn kilojoules, which is half of a weight-loss
programme. The other half is modifying your diet, i.e. intake of
kilojoules with proper foods. Each class is equivalent to an extensive
walking/jogging regime. It increases your metabolism so that you burn
kilojoules at an increased rate whilst increasing your fitness level at the same
time.
What do you advise your students?

|
|
| Also, informative bulletins, incorporating the latest updates in
the fitness industry, are periodically handed out at class. |
What is
Pilates?
Pilates is becoming one of the most popular exercise techniques
in the world and is being used as an alternative training regime to strengthen,
tone and balance muscles and increase flexibility and strength without bulk.
Pilates matwork is incorporated into our Aerobic Dancing Fitness classes as part of
a complete workout.
Can I mix venues and times?
Yes, you can. If you cannot come to any class in which you
are registered, you can "make up" a class by coming to any of the
other venues/class times. Check our Class
